Due to the digital and print-on-demand nature of our products at vandal_, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on digital products (such as fonts, presets, textures, software, and downloadable files) or print-on-demand items (such as apparel and accessories), as these products are made or delivered immediately upon purchase and are customized or personalized specifically for your order.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@vandal.la if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will promptly evaluate the issue and work with you to resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
All digital products, print-on-demand items, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific order.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For physical merchandise (excluding digital and customized products) shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, without justification. The items must be returned in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds (Applicable Only to EU 14-Day Returns)
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional processing time by your financial institution.
